Request path

Use the support page and select the privacy category. Describe whether the request concerns your UxerProof account, a customer workspace or a journey on a customer's property. Do not send passwords, tokens, copies of identity documents or sensitive visitor content unless a protected verification channel is provided.

Verification and routing

Cyclotron Technologies will verify authority proportionately and avoid confirming whether a visitor record exists to an unauthorised requester. Customer-controlled journey data requests may need to be routed to the UxerProof customer that determined the processing. Security and legal-preservation evidence is handled separately from ordinary customer deletion.
