1. Required authority
Use UxerProof only on digital properties, accounts, identities and data you are authorised to test or process. Provide required notice and obtain required consent or authority. Do not circumvent a visitor's choice, withdrawal, opt-out or Global Privacy Control signal where it applies to the configured processing.
2. Prohibited surveillance and data
- Covert or unlawful surveillance, cross-site fingerprinting or unauthorised identity correlation.
- Passwords, tokens, payment credentials, secret fields, password-manager contents or browser-storage data.
- Unlawful monitoring of employees, children or vulnerable people.
- Re-identifying deliberately anonymised data or inferring sensitive traits without a lawful, authorised purpose.
- Collecting or uploading data without the required rights, notice, consent or authority.
3. Prohibited decisions and manipulation
- Discriminatory or unlawful high-impact decisions.
- Falsifying events, experiments, metrics, reports or improvement results.
- Misrepresenting UxerProof analysis as guaranteed fact, legal compliance or certification.
- Manipulative dark patterns or recommendations that weaken authentication, consent, privacy, accessibility or security.
4. Platform abuse
- Bypassing workspace approval, identity, role, plan, usage, rate or security controls.
- Unauthorised scanning, scraping, access, interference, malware, phishing or abusive automation.
- Attempting to manipulate, suppress or delete immutable audit or security evidence.
5. Proportionate enforcement
Depending on risk and recurrence, Cyclotron Technologies may issue a warning, restrict collection, suspend a source, suspend a workspace, terminate access, preserve necessary evidence or cooperate lawfully with authorities. Ordinary users cannot suppress or erase security evidence.
