Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of UxerProof, operated by Cyclotron Technologies. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

2. The service

UxerProof composes and executes Circuits against Environments your workspace has verified, and returns Findings, Evidence, Baselines and Proof Scores. Features described as planned are not part of the service until released.

3. Your responsibilities

• You own, or hold written authorisation to test, every Environment you add.
• You keep account credentials secure and manage your workspace membership.
• You comply with the acceptable use policy and responsible testing rules.
• You do not submit production personal data or regulated data as Circuit input.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. 1 Circuit credit means one normal Circuit run of up to five minutes of execution time. Credits are granted per billing cycle and do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise. Additional credits are a separate, explicitly confirmed purchase — we do not apply overage automatically. Runs that fail because of our infrastructure are restored to your credit balance.

5. Beta and availability

The execution service is not yet connected. During this period the product presents clearly labelled fictional demo data and no live testing occurs. We make no availability commitment for pre-release functionality, and no service level agreement applies outside an executed Enterprise agreement.

6. Your data

You retain all rights in your content, Circuit definitions, reports and evidence. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. Retention follows your plan and your chosen retention mode.

7. Our intellectual property

The platform, its interfaces, models, scoring methodology and brand remain the property of Cyclotron Technologies. Nothing here transfers ownership.

8. Findings are advisory

Findings and Proof Scores are the product of simulated participants and automated analysis. They are evidence for your judgement, not a warranty of usability, accessibility conformance or legal compliance, and they do not replace testing with real users.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for breach of the acceptable use policy, non-payment, or where continued use threatens the platform or a third party. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and unused credits expire with it.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes

We will give notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing before they take effect. Launch pricing is explicitly a hypothesis and may be recalibrated as execution costs are measured.

12. Governing law

Governing law and venue to be confirmed by counsel before general availability.
